What this site collects (only your email, only if you give it), why, and how to have it removed.

Aevenna is being built with privacy as a starting point, not an afterthought. This site is a simple early-access page. It does not run analytics, it does not show ads, and it does not set tracking cookies.
The only personal information you actively give us is the email address you choose to enter when you join the early-access list (we also record the IP address and browser type of that one request, to keep the list free of spam).
What we collect
If you submit the early-access form, we collect the email address you enter. Along with it, our systems record the technical details of that one request — your IP address and browser user-agent — which we keep to prevent spam and keep the list secure. We don't ask for your name, and we don't track your behaviour on the site.
Like most websites, the service that hosts this page may keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We don't use those logs to build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
We use your email for one purpose: to let you know when early access opens, and occasional, infrequent updates about Aevenna's progress. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. There's no other use.
Who it's shared with
The waitlist is stored in our own cloud infrastructure (Amazon Web Services), which processes it on our instructions to keep the list and send you early-access updates. We don't hand your email to a third-party form or email provider.
We do not sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until early access has fully rolled out, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. After that, it's deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. Email hello@aevenna.com and we'll take care of it. Every update we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.
The app itself
Aevenna the app requires an account — just your email — so your plans can sync to Aevenna's server, follow you across devices, and survive a lost phone. The app remains fully usable offline. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and from inside the app you can export a complete copy of it or permanently delete your account and everything in it. A fuller, app-specific privacy policy will accompany the app when it's released.
